Avantida, founded in 2013, is a software platform active in the handling of empty containers worldwide . The company, based in Antwerp, is active in more than 7 countries.
The American company Inttra is the largest e-commerce maritime shipping platform for containers in the world.

Laurius advised a selling shareholder in the context of the investment by PMV and Smartfin Capital in Newtec (www.newtec.be).
Thales acquires Aviovision
Aviovision developed the Aviobook application, which helps pilots to prepare and execute their flights.
Thales is a French defence and aerospace electronics giant.
