Shimano signs agreement to acquire Lazer Sport
Laurius assisted the shareholders of Lazer Sport NV (Lazer) with the sale of their shares to Shimano Europe B.V.
Lazer, founded in 1919, is the oldest helmet company, specialized in helmets for cycling, leisure and winter sport, in more than 50 countries over 5 continents.
Shimano Europe, part of the Japanese Shimano Inc., known for its large range of high quality products for i.a. cycling.
David Ryckaert joins Laurius

Acquisition of Ventilair Group International by Volution Group plc
Laurius assisted the shareholders of Ventilair Group International BVBA with the sale of the company to the British listed Volution Group plc.
Headquartered in Kuurne, Belgium, Ventilair is a leading manufacturer and distributor of both residential and non-residential ventilation products.
