Select HR acquires Human Ventures, iStorm and Xpertize

Laurius advised Select HR’s shareholders in connection with the acquisition of the group Human Ventures. Under the trade names iStorm and Xpertize, the group is active in the recruitment of employees, placement of freelancers’ profiles as well in IT as in engineering in Belgium, Luxemburg and Morocco.

Select HR operates in the entire Benelux and in the United Arab Emirates in the human resources sector. It offers a wide range of services including blue and with collar temporary labour services, recruitment, project sourcing consultancy, career counselling, outplacement, etc. With this new acquisition Select HR enhances its presence in the recruitment of executive profiles and in the IT sector.
