Select HR & Peps Interim

Laurius advised PEPS Intérim’s and Select HR’s shareholders as counsel to the deal in connection with the combination of these two companies. The shareholders shall now develop the group together in Flanders and Wallonia.

The group is active throughout the Benelux as well as in the United Arab Emirates in the HR sector and offers a wide range of services such as blue and with collar temporary labour services, recruitment, project sourcing consultancy, career counselling, outplacement, etc.
