Buysse & Partners expands real estate portfolio with the acquisition of the iconic Silver Tower in the heart of The Hague

Laurius and Netherlands-based law firm Houthoff assisted Buysse & Partners Smart Assets NV (BPSA) with the acquisition of the iconic Silver Tower in the heart of The Hague (the Netherlands), thereby increasing the value of the real estate portfolio to almost 300 million euros. BPSA owns, amongst others, the BP tower in Antwerp and the CBR building, where the renowned co-working concept Fosbury & Sons is located.
