Christina Trappeniers (°1977), partner, assists and advises Belgian and foreign companies and funds in matters relating to corporate and real estate law, with a focus on M&A, private equity, venture capital and real estate transactions. Christina Trappeniers has extensive experience in M&A relating to homes for elderly. Before she was active as founding partner at Ambos (2009-2021), senior associate in the practice group Corporate and Finance law of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP (2004 - 2009), as a corporate lawyer with Monard-D'Hulst (2001-2004) and as an associate with Deloitte & Touche - Tax & Legal NV. She obtained her law diploma at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (2000) and an MBA diploma at Solvay Business School (2005-2007).
