Toby graduated cum laude with a Master of Laws from the renowned University of Leuven. In 2024, he joined Laurius and is mainly active within the commercial law and dispute resolution department. Toby’s expertise shines in corporate litigation, combining analytical sharpness with pragmatism to address complex legal challenges.

Track record.

Recognized as a Jura Falconis Laureate for his outstanding academic achievements, Toby’s bachelor’s thesis on shareholder dispute resolution in private limited companies was published in the Jura Falconis Law Review and is frequently cited in the legal field. He has also completed several internships at reputable law firms and in legal consultancy, gaining hands-on experience in corporate and commercial law, data protection, contract drafting and dispute resolution.
