What is Laurius LAB?
Laurius LAB is an innovative program, in cooperation with LAB Bxl (cinquantenaire), aimed at promoting the mental and physical well-being of our associates.
On this morning, you can take part in one of the following group classes:
- Pilates: a gentle, relaxing workout to balance body and mind
- Boxing: an energetic, challenging workout for strength and endurance
