Copus Group acquires Smart Solutions

Laurius assisted Copus Group with the acquisition of Smart Solutions, a rising star in the HR sector focused on project sourcing. Smart Solutions has approximately 300 experts on its payroll, covering a broad range of specialized technicians, engineers, financial advisors and HR experts. Smart Solutions envisions a turnover this year of 23 million euros. This acquisition reinforces the strong position of Copus Group (as holding above employment agency Vivaldis Interim) in the HR market.
