French IT group Circet acquires Belgian sector partner ESAS

Laurius assisted the sellers in a transaction process, whereby ESAS Group has been acquired by its French counterpart Circet. The management of ESAS reinvests in the Circet group and will continue to manage the Benelux activities for the French group.
