Shimano signs agreement to acquire Lazer Sport

Laurius assisted the shareholders of Lazer Sport NV (Lazer) with the sale of their shares to Shimano Europe B.V.
Lazer, founded in 1919, is the oldest helmet company, specialized in helmets for cycling, leisure and winter sport, in more than 50 countries over 5 continents.
Shimano Europe, part of the Japanese Shimano Inc., known for its large range of high quality products for i.a. cycling.
