On 19 November, Laurius will exceptionally open the doors of its firm to a select group of Master’s students for an immersive experience at the heart of a transaction.
On the agenda: one deal, multiple parties and a single negotiation table. Buyers, sellers or management, each participant will be assigned a strategic role and will be responsible for defending their interests until the very end.

Working in teams, students will be guided throughout the evening by lawyers from the M&A and Corporate department, who will share their experience in negotiation and transactions.

And as every deal deserves a closing, the evening will continue over drinks, in true deal-making tradition.
