Laurius assisted Synergia Capital Partners in the post-closing restructuring of Life & Mobility Belgium. Synergia Capital Partners acquired Life & Mobility group in July 2016. Life & Mobility is a creative, innovative Dutch manufacturer of wheelchairs and mobility scooters with offices in The Netherlands and Belgium. It has approximately 110 employees and an approximate annual turnover of 30 million EUR.
