Ardian acquires a majority stake in Inula

Ardian, a world-leading private investment house, announces that it has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Inula Group from Vendis Capital, Dominique Baudoux (Founder & Chairman) and Sergio Calandri (CEO).
