Your role:
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal advice;
- Working closely with experienced lawyers committed to legal excellence;
- Advising clients on a variety of corporate law matters;
- Actively participating in M&A transactions and corporate restructurings, including due diligence investigations and drafting transaction documentation;
- Collaborating with various departments within the firm to deliver integrated solutions.
Are we a match?
- You are passionate about corporate law;
- You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience as a corporate lawyer;
- You have excellent proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, and a good knowledge of French;
- You are communicative, proactive, and thrive in a team-oriented environment;
- Ambitious and eager to continuously learn in a challenging and stimulating setting.
