Corporate and M&A Lawyer

Our Corporate/M&A practice group in Brussels is hiring. We are looking for a true team player to strengthen our Corporate/M&A practice. You will be involved in all aspects of corporate transactions (ranging from due diligence, to drafting and negotiating agreements, to post-closing follow-up) and you will help support our clients, both domestic and international, with all aspects of corporate legal advice.

Profile

• Master’s degree in Belgian law;
• Excellent academic track record;
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience as a Corporate/M&A lawyer;
• A perfect command of French and an excellent knowledge of Dutch & English (verbal and written);
• A broad interest in business and topics related to business management;
• Pragmatic legal and business acumen;
• Accurate and results-driven person;
• Teamplayer.

You will work from our office in Brussels, but you will be part of the M&A team with offices in Antwerp and Brussels.
