Buysse & Partners expands iconic real estate portfolio with purchase Glaverbel

Laurius assisted Buysse & Partners Smart Assets NV (BPSA), the real estate arm of investment house Buysse & Partners, with the purchase of the iconic Glaverbel building in Watermael-Boitsfort.  The real estate arm of Buysse & Partners owns, among other things, the BP tower in the ‘expowijk’ in Antwerp and the CBR building, where the renowned co-working concept Fosbury & Sons is located.  Last summer BPSA sold the iconic Hilton building on the Groenplaats in Antwerp.
